Brendan is Crossroad's Development Coordinator, assisting in strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of the Development Department in several core areas: donor and database management, reporting, and financial stewardship. In addition, he is the staff liaison for the Young Professionals Leadership Council (YPLC), a group of young people in the Pittsburgh region impacting the lives of Crossroads' youth.
Brendan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Prior to joining Crossroads Foundation, he worked on the staff of Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh, performing similar development functions as a support to the Director of Development. He enjoys working at Crossroads because he appreciates "the opportunity to serve those who don't have the same opportunities and access to education that most of their peers would enjoy. Being a part of an organization that changes so many lives through our programming is a privilege. I have been uplifted and inspired by so many of the stories from our scholars."
