Jennifer Montoya

Jennifer is the Crossroads Program Coordinator, where she serves as the main point of contact for scholars, families, and staff regarding all Crossroads programs. She works directly with the Director of Programs and Director of Student Support Services to plan and implement programs that support the academic, personal-social, and college and career development of the scholars. 

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and a Masters in International Affairs from the Pennsylvania State University. She interned with the United Nations Foundation, Nothing but Nets, interned in Argentina for, BA Cup, an organization that hosts a youth world soccer cup, and worked within college athletics at Penn State and Lafayette College. She most recently came from Lafayette College in Easton, PA where she served as an Assistant Coach for the women’s basketball program.
