As the part-time Development Coordinator at Crossroads Foundation, Lacey assists in strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of the Development Department in several core areas: donor and database management, reporting, and financial stewardship. In addition, she is the staff liaison for the Young Professionals Leadership Council (YPLC), a group of young people in the Pittsburgh region impacting the lives of Crossroads’ youth.
Lacey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Carlow University. Prior to joining Crossroads Foundation, she worked in the Development Departments for several nonprofit organizations in the Pittsburgh region. She enjoys working at Crossroads because she appreciates “the opportunity at Crossroads to make a difference in the lives of youth in our region and enhance their educational opportunities while supporting the whole person through academic, social, and emotional avenues.”
